The installation has to be done in two steps:

In that sequence !!

Therefore:

1. Unzip IFRPLN20.ZIP into a temporary folder
2. Run Setup.exe
3. Run IbInstall.exe

The IbInstall step checks whether Interbase version 6.0.2.0 is already installed on your computer. There are 3 possibillities:

1. Interbase version 6.0.2.0 is already installed
   Installation process stops
   Please create user IFRPLANUSER with password ifrplan by yourself
   (if you don’t know how to do that, please let me know)
2. No InterBase version is installed
   IbInstall installs InterBase version 6.0.2.0 and creates user
3. An earlier InterBase version is installed
